The City of Miami-Dade has approved $50 Million dollars in funding to The Underline making it the biggest source of funding for the planned linear park and trail. The Underline will transform the land below Miami’s MetroRail, from the Miami River to Dadeland into a world-class urban trail and living art destination. The Underline will create an active, connected pedestrian and bike thoroughfare with regular features, encouraging residents to get out of their cars to walk, bike, and take mass transit, day and night.
The project will break ground next fall starting in Brickell. James Corner Field Operations, which designed the High Line in New York, is designing the Miami Underline. Properties directly next to the High Line increase on average 50% and 10% more than other properties only a couple more blocks away. The Underline is expected to have a similar effect in Miami’s property values with the Brickell area being the highlight. For example, Condo owners in the Leparc at Brickell building located directly next to the Underline will be affected in a positive way by property value increases.
Leparc was designed by world renowned architect Luis Revuelta and its interior designed by world class design house Ligne Roset. It is Brickell’s first luxury boutique building composed of mostly glass with only 12 floors and 128 residences. There are still a few units for rent and for sale exclusively by the developer. To see the most up to date inventory for sale and for rent at Le Parc at Brickell Condominium, you can contact Solange Camet and TJ Kawamura from Alta Realtors who are the exclusive developer sales team representing the Le Parc at Brickell development. You can also go in for a tour of the building by visiting the sales center located at 1600 SW 1st Avenue, Miami, FL 33129. 305.807.0931
